The system is composed of GPS device, application software and hardware deployed in the control center. GPS device installed in the vehicle receives GPS signal and calculates the position, velocity and time of the vehicle. The communication system including GSM, GPRS and internet transfer the above data and other commands to control center. Finally the position and status of the target will be shown in time on a digital map in the control center computer. The control center can also send out commands and information to GPS device through this communication system.
